Job Title: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: Bright Beginnings Learning Center, 145 Evangeline Dr, Vidor Texas 77662
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you believe in nurturing children through hands-on exploration, play, and social-emotional learning? At Bright Beginnings Learning Center, we’re not just a learning center; we’re a warm, supportive community dedicated to helping children and educators thrive.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable full-time Teachers to join our growing team in Vidor, TX.
What You’ll Do
As a Teacher at Bright Beginnings, you’ll:
- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that encourage curiosity and creativity.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, seen, and celebrated.
- Support the social-emotional, physical, and intellectual development of each child through play-based learning.
- Maintain open, respectful communication with families and team members.
- Ensure classroom spaces are safe, clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to continually grow your practice and support center goals.
- Serve as a role model of positivity, responsibility, and professionalism for young learners.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
- A passion for early childhood development and a child-centered teaching philosophy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability, patience, and a growth mindset.
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred but not required).
- Ability to meet all state licensing requirements.
